Jim is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and has been facilitating successful projects for over twenty-five years.  He has the experience, ability, and passion to maximize the expertise of his client groups, and, helping the group capitalize on their expertise, he facilitates the group so they can create solutions and deliverables.  

He has facilitation experience in areas such as: General meeting facilitation and strategic planning.

In the IT/IS and JAD Facilitation arena he has facilitated sessions in all aspects of the system development life cycle (SDLC)

• Analysis (“Jim helped us discover solutions where others had failed”)
• Design (“his facilitation enabled us to design a system that has been recognized as an industry best practice”)
• Development (“he facilitated the development of our system even though it was a pioneering project for us for that technology”)

He has successfully facilitated sessions for project planning and for project management, and he is a certified Project Management Professional ^® (PMP).  

He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco , and an associate’s degree in Computer Studies from Sierra College .
